One of the largest crop fertilizer and agronutrient companies in India
PROBLEM AREA
- Facilitate ground sales staff across India with adequate knowledge on plant biology and crop nutrition so as to effectively engage farmers and sell fertilizer and crop protection products.
- Move from classroom based solutions to on-the-move and self-paced e-learning that engages the learner and provides adequate information.
CHALLENGES
- Create a modern learning experience utilizing legacy elements such as a 20 year old mascot and other historical design cues.
- Facilitate the sales staff with means to access the solution in low-bandwidth internet connectivity.
OUR STRATEGY
- We created a gamified scenario-based e-learning solution utilizing interactive graphics and animations and that can be played on tablet devices.
- We designed the solution to be intuitive, easy to use, and downloadable so that it can be accessed from anywhere and at any time.
IMPACT
- Tracking of learner completion information became easier with automated reports from the LMS.
- Upon evaluation, the learner completion ratio moved from 59% to 97% over a period of one month.
