Blended Learning

Too often blended learning is viewed as some kind of hastily mixed “learning solution,” a combination of instructor-led classes, self-study courses, videos and so on. However, blended learning goes beyond basic training to a more systematic training solution that promotes ongoing learning at the workplace. It supports informal learning and performance support, it incorporates an array of synchronous and asynchronous learning methods, and it mixes available solutions with new mediums to deliver the best learning experience.

As a result, it allows learners to pick and choose how they want to learn and when they want to learn.
